Dieses Modul soll Lernenden (Schüler*innen, sowie Jugendarbeiter*innen und Pädagog*innen) helfen, sich mit der historischen Entwicklung der KI, ihren Ursprüngen, Kernkonzepten und zugrunde liegenden Prinzipien vertraut zu machen. Die Lernenden werden in gängige Begriffe und Definitionen der KI eingeführt und lernen gleichzeitig anhand von Beispielen aus dem Alltag und gängigen Anwendungsbereichen zu unterscheiden, was als KI gilt und was nicht. Darüber hinaus werden kurze Informationen zu wichtigen Persönlichkeiten in der historischen Entwicklung der KI bereitgestellt.
Dieses Modul bietet eine umfassende Einführung in die Bedeutung von KI in unseren heutigen, sich ständig wandelnden Gesellschaft. Anhand der wichtigsten Chancen und Herausforderungen, die KI mit sich bringt, erörtert dieses Modul die Bedeutung zentraler Konzepte der KI-Kompetenz wie digitale Bürgerschaft und kritisches Denken, um Einzelpersonen – insbesondere Studierende und digitale Bürger*innen – zu befähigen, kritisch, ethisch und verantwortungsbewusst mit modernen KI-Technologien umzugehen.
This module presents the basic principles of personalized learning, prompt-engineering and AI verification techniques. After exploring the characteristics of personalized learning, a number of AI learning tools are presented in order to support users to explore the potential of certain AI learning platforms/tools’ use and their functions. Similarly, the role of prompt-engineering in AI use is introduced. The module ends up with a discussion of verification strategies to have more reliable outputs in AI-generated contents.
This module is designed to offer a comprehensive introduction to the field of AI engineering. By exploring key terms and concepts, a roadmap of becoming an AI engineer is presented, where students can explore a number of online courses and tips which can provide them with a better understanding of the skills and field of expertise of an AI engineer. Moreover, this module gives students the opportunity to practice themselves.
This module focuses on exploring how AI is currently shaping our societies along with the potential benefits and risks this change brings. By presenting how the development of AI and its use pose important social and ethical questions and /challenges for the future of our societies, learners are encouraged to reflect on these matters and come up with their own ideas of a fair, inclusive and responsible AI-powered society. Moreover, this module sheds light on drastic changes in the conception of human roles versus AI. Likewise, learners are provided with insights into what humans should do to keep pace with the developments in AI.
In diesem Modul lernen die Teilnehmer*innen, wie wichtig es ist, die KI-Politik durch aktive Teilnahme an Entscheidungsprozessen und Online-Communities und -Netzwerken mitzugestalten. Durch die Vorstellung der Grundlagen der KI-Governance (KIG) und die Aufklärung darüber, wie und warum KI reguliert werden sollte, erhalten die Teilnehmer*innen Beispiele über wichtige Akteur*innen, die für die Gestaltung der Zukunft der KI verantwortlich sind. Während die jüngsten Entwicklungen im Bereich KIG weltweit diskutiert werden, beleuchtet dieses Modul, wie man sich an KIG beteiligen kann, wobei ein besonderer Schwerpunkt auf der Einbeziehung der Stimmen junger Menschen liegt.
This module provides a short, comprehensive introduction to core AI principles and concepts as part of AI literacy. Addressed to teachers/educators and youth, the module aspires to present the need to include digital aspects in the field of education as the new educational frameworks seeking to productively incorporate a variety of AI tools in the educational process. Moreover, the module sheds probes into different opportunities and challenges presented by the evolution of AI and its various applications in an educational setting.
